We had the honor of being the production partner for United States Artists (USA) inaugural Artists Assembly: an interdisciplinary gathering of all 2015 Fellows as well as past alumni from the region. The three-day gathering on March 22-24 provided Fellows across all nine disciplines with the rare opportunity to meet one another, discuss their work and professional issues, share ideas, identify opportunities for collaboration, and get to know the organization's key funders and new cultural collaborators.

The 2015 Assembly featured visual artist Ann Hamilton as its keynote speaker, a performance by singer-songwriter Meshell Ndegeocello, a conversation with artist Mark Bradford, as well as off-site programming; tours and workshops at notable Chicago cultural venues including The Poetry Foundation, Theaster Gates' Dorchester Projects, and Hubbard Street Dance, among others.

The three-day gathering culminated with an NSP designed party for the attendees where key influencers and luminaries from Chicago celebrated the rich intersection of talent in the city and nationally that came together for this unique gathering. The evening featured an intimate performance by multi-Grammy award nominated artist Me’Shell N’Degeocello and DJ sets by Tess from Slo ‘Mo Party.
